I have been passionate about fitness and exercise for as long as I can remember and I absolutely love the post workout feeling, energy and buzz. As our bodies start to change & mature, it becomes even more important to move, strengthen and empower ourselves.
With over 12 year’s experience as a personal trainer (REPS level 3), I have supported and trained a wide variety of clients and not only see the difference in their bodies and fitness but can feel the change in their mood, energy, outlook, sleep, confidence and overall well-being.
Sometimes it’s hard to muster up the energy & enthusiasm to work out alone which is where I can help. My passion for being fit and healthy and my approachable and down to earth nature makes sure you work hard, have fun and feel empowered during and post your time with me.
Every session is tailored specifically to you to help you meet your needs and achieve your goals. I promise, you will never regret a workout and always come away feeling stronger, more energised and with a great sense of satisfaction.

I use a range of techniques and methods depending on your body and specific goals. I love all forms of training and have lots of experience in:
HIIT - (high intensity interval training) - ideal for cardiovascular fitness, energy boosting & calorie burning
Power Conditioning - low impact strength training which is very effective for all over lean & toned muscles
Women’s Fitness - toning, building bone & muscle mass & supporting hormonal changes
Circuit style training - a variety of exercises using a range of equipment - great for group fitness
Core Strength - targeting your core, improving strength and posture

Be it a health goal, life event or just wanting time to yourself, I will work with you to help you get the most from your session with me - will we work hard and have fun. I offer lots of flexibility working together and can work either one on one or as a group - inside, outside or via zoom.
