Nutritional Therapy uses clever dietary and lifestyle choices as a medicine to ensure you optimise your health and wellbeing. It understands that no one person or body is the same. It fully appreciates how the human body functions, what it needs and how it responds to lifestyle, age, disease, trauma, stress and diet.
As your Nutritional Therapist, I often work alongside medical practitioners to gain the clearest and most accurate picture of your body. I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and qualified in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am registered with both the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). In addition, a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioner (ANP). I have professional indemnity insurance for my practice.

We start by me listening to you, to understand how you feel, your needs and aspirations.I will always fully listen to you and your needs by going back to the very beginning. This helps me to identify and understand what may be causing your symptoms or concerns and from there we can begin to and therefore how I can help you to achieve your optimal health and well-being goals so that you feel amazing.

Consultations and Packages
15 Minute Free Introductory Call
I believe in the importance of building a connection with my clients in order to successfully work together. The purpose of this chat is to understand your need and how I can help. I offer private and confidential consultations in London, East Sussex and via Zoom.
Initial Consultation - £150 - 90 Minutes
The initial consultation will last for approximately 90 minutes. Ahead of the meeting, you will receive a detailed electronic questionnaire and food diary to complete a few days before the consultation.
During the consultation, we will explore more about you, your body, your needs and goals. The more information I have the more personalised and accurate your plan will be to address any nutritional and lifestyle imbalances. I often work alongside other health professionals. If needed (and with your consent), I may recommend additional testing to complete the full picture of your body - I will guide you through this process. Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for medical advise and I will not diagnose, instead I will treat and support your symptoms.
Following this session, I will work on your tailored nutritional plan which will detail all nutritional adjustments, lifestyle changes, suggested supplements (if needed) that I believe will help you reach your goals. Everything we do if of strictest confidence. A copy of your plan and any supporting documents will be sent to you by email and a follow up session will be booked for 3-4 weeks time.
Follow Up Consultations - £85 - 30-40 Minutes
The follow sessions will monitor progress, help motivate you, adjust your plan to meet your needs. Follow up consultations last approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour. In between this time, I offer phone and e-mail support.

As a new client you will receive 1 follow-up session (4 weeks later) lasting 30-45 minutes. Individual follow ups can be booked and purchased separately.

With over 12 year’s experience as a Personal Trainer (REPS level 3), I have supported and trained a wide variety of clients and see movement as an essential part of sustained wellbeing.
My ability to motivate my clients and work to optimum capacity is key to success.I am a great motivator, yet have a very down to earth nature - together we will work you to your maximum capacity. I tailor each session to you and work with you to meet your goals and needs. You will always come away from your session feeling energised, satisfied and and stronger.
